I worked with an in-house videographer put these story videos together to show in church services and online. We worked together to identify subjects and storylines. I directed the big-picture values and overall goals, messaging, and creative direction—ensuring the videos aligned with our strategic communications objectives. 
The videographer conducted these interviews, shot the footage, and did all the editing. I reviewed footage, shared feedback to refine and shorten videos, and signed off on all finals. 
Between 2017 and 2019, my team produced approximately 18 videos each year. We distributed the videos online, shared them with attendees in church services each week, and linked to them from weekly email newsletters and social media posts.
